The Villa Suites project broke ground in the summer of 2021, with the first reservations in September 2022. Two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom and five-plus-bedroom Villa Suites are now available to the public, accommodating all forms of exclusive gatherings.

Brand new construction and modern architectural accents lead into interiors where every detail was carefully considered. Well appointed with European white oak floors, hand-tufted rugs and rich leathers, the interiors unfold with granite and quartz countertops and blackened steel accents. Outside, outdoor dining, fire pits and private spas beckon visitors to soak in the rich blues of Lake Tahoe and the vibrant greens of the legendary Edgewood golf course.
