• Traveling to Lake Tahoe is entirely dependent on your preferences. If you’re looking to get on the mountain to ski or snowboard, ice skate at Edgewood on Ice, snowshoe the golf course, relax by the fireside, and watch fluffy snowflakes fall outside your window, winter is your ideal season. If boating, swimming, hiking, golfing, walking the beach shores, and lounging by the pool sound more like your dream alpine getaway, summer will be best.
• No matter the season, Edgewood Tahoe has scheduled activities for all resort guests to enjoy on the property, and our concierge specialists are eager to help plan an adventurous day for you around Lake Tahoe.

• Reno-Tahoe International Airport is 56 miles northeast and approximately 55 minutes by vehicle, making it the nearest and generally most convenient. A second option is Sacramento International Airport, located 117 miles southwest and approximately 2 hours and 5 minutes by vehicle.

• We do not provide airport transportation. However, our concierge specialists are happy to assist with scheduling third-party airport transportation. To connect with a concierge specialist, please call 775.588.3480 ext. 2225.
• Edgewood Tahoe has a complimentary shuttle service within a 2.5 miles radius of the resort.

• Chains or traction devices are required on all vehicles except AWD/4WD vehicles with snow-tread tires on all four wheels. Echo Summit, Luther Pass, and Spooner Summit have chain control checkpoints where attendants will check every vehicle, as well as assist in the application and removal of snow chains.
• If you’re planning to drive to Edgewood Tahoe in the snowy months, we highly recommend checking road conditions frequently at tahoeroads.info.

• Edgewood Tahoe does not allow pets on the property; however, we do make accommodations for service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

• Should a guest find that an item had been lost at Edgewood Tahoe following their departure, we urge them to contact our Security Team directly at [email protected]. Please include your contact information, stay dates, and a brief description of the lost item in question.

• To receive a final folio from your overnight stay or for any billing questions, please email [email protected].

• At 6,200 feet, the weather is mildly unpredictable and nearly impossible to compare to this time last year accurately. For current weather and to read up on seasonal trends, please visit forecast.weather.gov

• Lyft and Uber do operate in Lake Tahoe, but drivers are limited.

• Heavenly Ski Resort’s Gondola is one mile from Edgewood Tahoe.

• Heavenly Village is one mile from Edgewood Tahoe Resort. The Village includes shops, dining, bars, casinos, nightclubs, activities, and the Heavenly Ski Resort Gondola. Guests can expect a 20-minute walk to Heavenly Village, or our complimentary shuttle services are available for transportation to and from the Village.

• Shoes and shirts are required in our Lodge and all restaurants, and we request that guests refrain from wearing beach attire in the lobby area.

• Edgewood Tahoe is committed to creating lasting memories for all guests and will only consider photographer access to the property if associated with a booked event that requires space and includes all fees that correspond to the event. To inquire about planning an event that includes photography, please submit a photography event inquiry by selecting the option ‘Other Special Event.’ To submit an inquiry, CLICK HERE.
  The following guidelines remain in place:
  • We do not allow the sole use of the property for photos.
  • A minimum of 14 days advance notice for an event is requested.
  • Edgewood Tahoe will refuse professional photos taken without approval.
  • No production/photoshoot equipment is allowed unless part of an approved filming/production.
  • Drones not permitted–unless approved and adequately licensed in advance as part of the event.
  • Weddings receptions only (offsite wedding or non-lodging) held in our restaurants will need to go through the same approval process to ensure the privacy of other weddings or events in designated locations.
  • Spaces allowed with authorization include the Event Lawn and Beach, and outside the Clubhouse but not on Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course features.
  • For guest privacy and experience, no photos are allowed to be taken inside or around the Lodge or prominently feature the structure in the background as they may capture guests who do not want to be included. The Clubhouse is by prior approval only.
  • Approved photographers cannot rope off or claim a stake to a piece of property.
  • A photographer must check in with Edgewood Tahoe Security to acquire a vendor badge.
  • We do not accept any photography requests beginning June 1 through September 1.

• The pier north of Edgewood Tahoe’s is private property and not open for public use or boat mooring.

• The Bistro Edgewood offers New American Seasonal Fare and is our in-Lodge dining outlet located adjacent to the Great Room, with patio dining offered between the pool and Lodge. Brooks’ Bar & Deck is a Distinguished Gastro Pub located in the Clubhouse overlooking the first and tenth tee boxes of the golf course. Edgewood Restaurant is the elevation of fine dining located in the Clubhouse with a view of beautiful Lake Tahoe and the surrounding Sierra Nevada mountain range.

• Reservations are not required; however, they are highly recommended.

• Reservations can be made by visiting edgewoodtahoe.com/dine, calling 888.881.8659, or directly with our concierge specialists.

• No, table selection is made on a first-come, first serve basis for guests arriving with reservations or as walk-ins.

• Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course is open to the public. Please know that tee times books 60 days in advance, so reserve your time at your earliest convenience at edgewoodtahoe.ezlinksgolf.com

• To ensure the safety of our guests and golfers, golf cart paths are reserved for golfers only. When the course has closed for the season, the golf grounds are not maintained for snow removal, and access is restricted for all guests.

• Proper golf attire is highly encouraged on the golf course for all players and caddies. Soft spike golf shoes and/or tennis shoes are permitted.

• Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course partners with Ship Sticks to offer traveling guests a seamless shipping service to and from the resort. All bags will be delivered to the Lodge at Edgewood Tahoe and held in storage until your arrival. For further details and to request service, visit shipsticks.com.

• Spa Edgewood is an adult facility appropriate for guests 18 and older. Please be prepared to provide proof of age if requested.

• A credit card is required at the time of booking, and payment will be due at spa check-out.
• A full refund will be made for cancellations beyond 24 hours. Once within the 24-hour period, guests will be charged in full for cancellation, service changes, and rescheduling.

• Spa Edgewood is 8500 sq.ft., offering six massage treatment rooms and two esthetician rooms. Guests are welcomed into separate men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers and gender-separate steam rooms. The coed sanctuary includes a lounge with hot tea, water, snacks, and an outdoor coed jacuzzi.

• To ensure privacy and tranquility for our guests, tours are only available if the spa facilities are entirely free of guests.

• Yes, facility passes are available and allow guests 4 hours to enjoy the locker rooms, steam rooms, sanctuary, and jacuzzi. A facility pass is $65 for non-lodge guests, $50 for Lodge Guests, and $45 for Rah Beauty Bar guests. Please call Spa Edgewood at 888.881.8659 to inquire about facility passes available on the day of interest.

• No, the lakefront pool and jacuzzi are available for Lodge Guests only. Spa Edgewood guests have access to the spa facilities only for three hours before and/or after their service to enjoy the amenities.

We offer various Farmhouse Fresh products, including bath bombs, Kevin Murphy hair products, and flat irons for guests who forget items.
