At Edgewood Tahoe Resort, we believe hospitality can create a meaningful impact beyond the guest experience. Through charitable partnerships, community investment, and ongoing support of local organizations, we are committed to helping strengthen the Tahoe region and improve the lives of those who call it home.
Our philanthropic efforts focus on causes connected to community wellness, youth development, food security, environmental stewardship, and compassionate care. By partnering with organizations making a tangible difference, we strive to support a stronger, healthier, and more connected Tahoe community.
In 2022, Edgewood Tahoe supported the development of Ski Run Community Park, a community-driven initiative aimed at transforming a vacant lot into a vibrant gathering space for families. The park features play structures, a climbing boulder, and a spacious picnic lawn. Throughout the design process, the input of local community members and partners played a key role. Thirty-five students from Bijou Elementary and the Boys and Girls Club contributed their creative visions by sketching their ideal park designs, and elements from these drawings were thoughtfully integrated into the final plan.

Edgewood Tahoe has partnered with Rennervation Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting foster care and at-risk youth through housing, mentorship, and community-driven programs. Through this collaboration, Edgewood Tahoe is committed to helping create stability and opportunity for young people in need. This partnership is making a meaningful impact by uplifting and empowering the next generation.

Edgewood Tahoe has partnered with Carson Tahoe Health through its Healing Crusade initiative, dedicated to addressing the youth mental health crisis through play-based programming. Through this collaboration, Edgewood Tahoe is committed to supporting innovative approaches that foster connection, resilience, and emotional well-being. This partnership is helping make a meaningful impact by empowering young people to heal and thrive.
- $5,000 Monetary Donation
Over the past three years, Edgewood Tahoe Resort has partnered with The Marcella Foundation to help address food insecurity through FeedTahoe, contributing more than 5,000 pounds of rescued food, supporting local families, and volunteering alongside the organization at community events.
The Edgewood Companies have committed an annual investment of $25,000 as an operating sponsor of The Atrium, the Marcella Foundation’s new makerspace and innovation center that will provide free, hands-on learning opportunities for 300 local students each year.

- Each year, we proudly donate over $100,000 to local charities and civic organizations. In addition, we provide valuable in-kind contributions, including overnight resort stays, rounds of golf, and culinary experiences, to support these organizations in raising essential funds for their causes.
