Edgewood Tahoe Resort Health and Sanitation Program

BOOKING POLICY

Villa Suites require a 3-night minimum stay (peak) and a 2-night minimum stay (non-peak), and must be 21 years of age to book. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (peak) and 14 days (non-peak). If the time of booking is within the deposit required or less of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking. If full payment is not received within the required days prior to arrival, the reservation will be canceled, and any deposit collected will be forfeited.

STAY DATES

Peak: Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through October 15 and Holidays

Non-Peak: Mid- October through Memorial Day Weekend and Non-Holiday Periods

CREDIT & DEBIT CARD POLICY

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution, and Edgewood Tahoe Resort will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

CHECK-IN
  • Check-in time is after 4:00 pm.
  • The minimum age requirement for check-in is 21.
  • All reservations will be held until 10:00 pm on the date of the reservation.
  • Late arrivals should contact the Villa Concierge in advance to agree upon a late arrival in writing.
  • A credit card is required at the time of check-in.
  • A $200 per night deposit will be preauthorized for any incidentals.
CHECK-OUT
  • Check-out time is 11:00 am.
  •  Payment must be paid in full at the time of check-out.
EARLY ARRIVALS

We will be delighted to accommodate early arrivals prior to 4:00 pm, based on availability. We will make every effort to get guests in earlier than the quoted check-in time, but circumstances may prevent us from doing so. Therefore, it will be noted as a “request” based on availability. 

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your reservation at no charge 30 days (peak) and 14 days (non-peak) prior to your arrival. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel your reservation less than the required days prior to your arrival. Non-refundable special offers are excluded and will be stated in the offer’s terms & conditions.

QUIET HOURS

To ensure a quality guest experience for all, guests staying in the Edgewood Tahoe Villa Suites’ are asked to observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 6 am. 

ACTIVE GOLF COURSE NOTICE

Please consider guest safety when staying at the Villa Suites at Edgewood Tahoe Resort. Each Villa Suite is located adjacent to an active golf course, and we advise all guests to remain on patios, marked pathways, and heed signage informing restricted areas.

USE OF SPACE

Unregistered Villa Suites guests must depart the Villa Suites at 10 pm nightly. Please ensure all guests have registered accordingly upon arrival.

GATHERINGS

Villa Suites are not designed for large events. Only intimate gatherings not to exceed max occupancy for the unit are permitted to maintain the privacy of all Villa Suites guests. Please contact your Villa Suite Concierge if you wish to host an intimate gathering in your Villa Suite.
