An adventurous taste-making team expands the boundaries of rustic mountain cuisine and refined culinary expression. And prized ingredients turn into tantalizing dishes in the hands of visionary chefs.
Guests will be delighted by a menu that balances seasonal flavors with modern culinary techniques, such as tableside presentations, multi-course tasting menus, and artisanal craft cocktails. In addition, The Edge will house an expansive wine collection featuring over 1,000 labels worldwide, including rare estate vintages and boutique Californian wineries – all hand-selected by expert sommeliers.
