Taholistic Signature Weekend — an immersive weekend of movement, restoration, and connection. 

From Saturday, April 24 to Sunday, April 25, Edgewood Tahoe Resort invites you to step into a weekend designed to restore the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with community. Guided by renowned wellness leaders, (names to be announced in late 2026), Taholistic offers a thoughtfully curated mix of movement, mindfulness, and soulful self-care. 

Attendees are encouraged to follow their own rhythm — choosing between energizing flows, immersive workshops, or deeply grounding experiences. From sound baths and breathwork to myofascial release and all-levels movement, each moment is designed to meet you where you are. 

Beyond the classes and workshops, the weekend unfolds into shared experiences: unwind in the beachside sauna, explore a curated wellness marketplace, enjoy nourishing culinary offerings, and connect with a like-minded community against the breathtaking backdrop of Lake Tahoe.
