These policies have been designed to ensure that you enjoy your experience to fullest. Complimentary refreshments and wifi are available during your visit.
Appointments are strongly recommended. You may call the spa directly or you may book your services online (coming soon). A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. Should you have any health concerns and/or are pregnant please let us know when booking your appointment.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we are able to get necessary paperwork and introductions completed before the start of your treatment. Experiencing our relaxation room prior to your service will enhance your overall experience.
Should you arrive later than your scheduled appointment you may have a shortened service. Your appointment will end at the scheduled time regardless of a late arrival and will be charged in full.
All payments are rendered at the conclusion of the service. Please see our cancellation policy below. All spa services packaged with your hotel stay will adhere to the hotel polices terms of payment and cancellation. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Amex, cash, and Edgewood gift cards.
Customary gratuity is 15%-25%, per personal discretion.
We would be happy to cancel any reservation at no charge provided that you give us 48 hours notice. Clients providing less than 48 hours notice cancellation will be charged the full amount of their scheduled service. A credit card guarantee will be required at the time of booking. All spa services packaged with your hotel stay will adhere to the hotel polices terms of payment and cancellation.
You will be provided a robe and slippers to wear. A locker will be assigned to you for your possessions. Our licensed therapists and aestheticians are trained in procedures to assure that you are properly covered during your treatment and your privacy will always be respected. Edgewood Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing, although we recognize this as an individual choice. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on.
Your appointment is designed to provide you with an amazing experience. Whether it’s the room temperature, the amount of the massage pressure or the volume of the music, please notify your therapist of any discomfort or preferences.
We respectfully request that cell phones be turned off while visiting the spa to ensure that the overall experience is enjoyed in a tranquil environment for all of our guests.
The spa does not offer services to guests under the age of 18. Children are not permitted in any treatment rooms or relaxation area. Should you need a place for the kids to enjoy an experience please visit Camp Edgewood or our concierge would be happy to refer a child care service.
All products may be returned, unopened, up to 30 days from the date of the original purchase with a copy of the receipt. For health reasons, we are unable to accept returns on makeup. We do not offer refunds on treatments and/or services rendered.
Group bookings are defined as services of 6 or more. An automatic gratuity will be added of 25%. All group bookings require prepayment two weeks prior to the services and are non-refundable.
