Use of Donation

Any monetary or in-kind donation received will be used directly to support the charitable mission, program, or event described in this request. Donations will not be diverted for personal use, administrative misuse, or purposes unrelated to the stated cause.

Financial Responsibility

The organization confirms that donated funds will be managed responsibly and applied in a manner consistent with nonprofit governance and financial oversight practices.

Fraud Prevention

The requesting organization acknowledges that any misrepresentation of the organization, its mission, or the use of donated funds or items may result in disqualification from future consideration and may be reported to appropriate regulatory authorities.

Auction & Resale Restrictions

If the donation is intended for use in an auction, raffle, or fundraising event:

The item must be used solely for the stated charitable fundraising purpose.
The donated item may not be resold for private profit or commercial resale outside the context of the approved fundraising event.

The organization agrees to represent the donated item accurately and respectfully in promotional materials.

Reporting Requirement within 60 post event:

Upon request, the organization agrees to provide documentation or a brief summary outlining how the donated funds or item supported the stated cause or event.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

The organization certifies that no member of its board, leadership, or staff is requesting the donation for personal benefit or financial gain. Any potential conflict of interest must be disclosed at the time of submission.

No Guarantee of Support

Submission of this request does not guarantee a donation or sponsorship. Requests will be reviewed in alignment with our philanthropic priorities, available resources, and annual giving commitments.
