Reimagined for the shores of Lake Tahoe, Tea with an Edge offers a fresh, modern take on traditional afternoon tea; elevated yet inviting, refined without feeling formal. Priced at $95 All-inclusive per person, the experience blends artful presentation, seasonal flavors, and a touch of the unexpected, all set against Edgewood’s iconic lakefront backdrop.
Guests can savor a curated selection of sweet and savory bites, from smoked salmon with dill crème fraîche and capers, cucumber with lemon cream cheese, and truffle egg salad, to indulgent sweets like cherry pistachio madeleines, lavender blackberry petit fours, and chocolate devil’s food cake. Freshly baked cranberry white chocolate and blueberry scones round out the experience, paired with thoughtfully selected teas and alpine-inspired infusions.

The Edge Lounge invites you to unwind in an elevated yet effortlessly welcoming atmosphere. A more relaxed dress code sets the tone for polished comfort, while an exclusive lounge menu (featuring select items not offered in the main dining room) creates the perfect place for pre-dinner handcrafted drinks, light fare, or a leisurely nightcap.
Seating is offered on a first-come basis, allowing you to step in whenever the moment feels right.
On Thursday evenings, live music fills the space with warmth, enhancing your time spent against the lake’s serene backdrop. Linger, connect, and savor the unmistakable beauty of an evening at Edgewood Tahoe.

Experience the epitome of intimate luxury in our exclusive private dining room, where sophistication meets natural beauty. Centered around a striking solid marble table, the space is enclosed by elegant double glass doors, offering unobstructed views of the main dining area and the breathtaking scenery of Lake Tahoe beyond. Designed for gatherings of up to 10 guests, this refined setting provides the perfect backdrop for unforgettable moments. Room rental begins at a $2,500 food and beverage minimum: maximum of 10 guests.

Dress Code & Dining Etiquette at The Edge
Dress Code & Guest Guidelines – The Edge Restaurant and Lounge
To preserve the elevated atmosphere of The Edge, we kindly request adherence to the following dress standards:
Main Dining Room
Attire should be business casual to semi-formal. Jackets and ties are encouraged but not required. Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, ball caps, athletic shoes or attire, flip-flops, shorts, or distressed clothing of any material. Guests dressed outside of these guidelines may be offered seating in the lounge. Exceptions may be made for children under 12 or for medical reasons.
Lounge
While more relaxed than the dining room, the lounge still maintains a refined environment. Dressy casual to cocktail attire is appropriate and recommended. Casual wear, including gym attire, beach or swimwear, and distressed garments, is not permitted. Lounge seating is limited and not guaranteed. Reservations can be made.
For more casual dining, we recommend The Bistro or Brooks’ Bar.
Additional Information
Well-behaved children are welcome at The Edge and should be included in your reservation count. Please note that dining at The Edge is a leisurely experience; we appreciate young guests who can remain patient throughout the meal. For the comfort of all patrons, disruptive behavior and the use of electronic devices at the table are not permitted. Due to space constraints, we are unable to accommodate strollers, highchairs, or booster seats.
Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a $50 per person fee.
