Unrivaled views

A treasure of intimacy and profound beauty, Edgewood Tahoe boasts a backdrop of unrivaled natural beauty for the most important day of your life. The gorgeous event spaces at Edgewood Tahoe showcase the natural alpine and lake views creating memories to be treasured for an eternity.
North room

This 2,500 square feet reception venue features floor to ceiling windows allowing for panoramic views of the lake and leads out onto Edgewood Tahoe’s large lakeside patio.

A venue to host an intimate ceremony and reception featuring 1,700 square feet and views of the crystal blue lake. The South Deck can accommodate up to 90 guests and includes a gas fireplace. Capacities may be limited based on your layout request.

17th green

Situated just mere feet from the water’s edge of Lake Tahoe is Edgewood’s event lawn and beach. This expansive outdoor space offers plenty of room to gather and enjoy right on the shoreline of the largest alpine lake in North America.

Event pricing is based on a 5-hour timeframe and additional time may be added to your event with advance notice at an additional cost per hour. Optional ceremonies can be conducted at Edgewood Tahoe at an additional cost. Specialty partners may arrive 2 hours prior to the event start time to set-up.

Additional fees will apply if partners need to arrive more than 2 hours before the event set-up time. Evening events in the North Room may be scheduled until midnight and no later than 10:00 p.m. in the South Room. All daytime events must end by 3:00 p.m.

Bistro Private Dining Room

This 442 square feet reception venue features floor to ceiling windows allowing for panoramic views of the lake and leads out onto Edgewood Tahoe’s large lakeside patio.

Bistro Boardroom

This exclusive space is approximately 418 square feet, and offers a stunning solid wood boardroom table, fireplace, private bathroom, and doors leading outside to the Bistro patio.

terms & conditions

Pricing: Event pricing is based on a 4-hour timeframe. A deposit and contract are required to confirm the date of your event. Must be booked two weeks in advance.

Menu Guidelines: A limited menu is offered for private dining events. All food and beverage must be provided by Edgewood Tahoe. A service charge and applicable sales tax will be added to all food and beverage.

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation made within 30 days of the event date will forfeit the facility rental fee.

Your Place At The Lake guest rooms

The Lodge at Edgewood Tahoe is pleased to offer newlyweds a one-night complimentary stay in our Tahoe King Mountain View room the night of your event.

Event guests shall be offered a 15% reduced hotel rate based on availability. An exclusive group code will be provided to you once you decide to contract your event at Edgewood.

Every guest room boasts a spacious terrace or balcony with picturesque mountains, golf course, or lake views. All guest rooms also feature an in-room gas fireplace, terrace/ balcony with seating area, complimentary wifi, Keurig coffee maker, robes, premium linens, large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Additional in-room amenities are available upon request.

Specialty partners

Upon signing of the contract, your wedding specialist will provide you with a list of preferred local specialty partners. Partners outside of the list must be pre-approved by Edgewood Tahoe and must sign a vendor agreement and provide their business insurance prior to the event.

Please communicate with your specialist if your specialty partner requires on-site storage and green rooms. Space is limited and Edgewood Tahoe does not have refrigerated storage for perishable items such as cakes or flowers and green rooms for entertainment partners are not guaranteed.

Meals for partners are available at an additional cost.

menu guidelines

All food and beverages must be supplied by Edgewood Tahoe. A service charge and applicable sales tax will be added to all food and beverage orders.

Complimentary menu tastings are based on four guests, served family style and available for contracted clients.

Menus, special dietary requests and an estimated guest count must be confirmed no later than 30 days prior to your event. Final guaranteed guest count is due 7 days prior to your event.

Edgewood Tahoe’s policy does not allow food left-over from events to be taken off property. Room service orders can be arranged in advance for the newlyweds.

beverage guidelines

All beverages are provided and served by Edgewood Tahoe staff.

Wine can be supplied by the party. A corkage fee will be applied for each 750ml bottle consumed. Additional charges will apply for larger bottles such as Magnum, Jeroboam, etc.

Edgewood Tahoe observes Nevada State law regarding responsible serving and only serves alcohol to those who are 21 years or older and reserves the right to refuse service to any individual that cannot verify their age or is deemed to be intoxicated.

Unless hosted during the duration of the event, all beverages are charged based on predetermined periods of consumption, such as a cocktail hour or dinner, before switching to a cash bar.

Hosted bars will be charged based on actual consumption of all beverages including non-alcoholic beverages.


Facility rentals and food and beverage minimums are determined by venue selection, date and guest count. Food and beverage charges are subject to a service charge and sales tax. Edgewood Tahoe reserves the right to change equipment, but comparable items will be offered.

confirmation & cancellation policy

A facility rental deposit is requested to confirm the date of your event. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be paid upon signing the contract.

Once arranged between you and your Wedding Specialist, a payment schedule detailing estimated charges will be outlined in your contract.
